Office Financial Policy

Our practice is committed to giving you the best and most comprehensive dental care at a reasonable cost in order to keep your smile for a lifetime.  We will explain all dental procedures and their associated fees clearly and professionally before the start of your treatment.

In order to help keep down the overall cost of dental services, payment is required in full at the time of service.  For those with dental insurance, estimated insurance co-payments are due at your visit and the balance is billed to your insurance company at no charge to you.  This avoids the need to charge extra for our procedures simply to cover the cost of processing thousands of statements each year.

We are pleased to offer you the following payment options for your convenience:

• Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover
• NO INTEREST Payment Plans from CareCredit

Please Note:
CareCredit allows for extended payments over time with NO INTEREST plans from 3 to 12 months, or extended periods up to 5 years with interest for larger cases.

Please let us know if we can be of help coordinating your insurance benefits or benefits from your company’s flexible spending account.  In any case, we will always file your dental insurance for you at no charge.

It is important to remember that your insurance contract is between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not a party to this contract. While we are members of Delta Dental and Blue Dental, our office  is not contracted with other dental plans, however, we will always submit your insurance for coverage of your dental services.  In all cases, the client is responsible for all payments for dental services.
